The Friction Factor was designed for classroom training to educate brake technicians on the appropriate use and installation of Bendix® Brakes.  This five-part series is technical in nature but easy to understand and is crafted in such a way that it both entertains and educates the viewer. The video gives detailed explanations of the different types of Bendix friction materials while the final segment tests viewers on information covered in the video by having them identify real customers and their driving habits, and then selecting the proper friction application for the profiled driver.
